8 a.m. – Midnight

PLEASE NOTE: $1800  includes 8am-midnight, with 30-minute grace period to allow for cleanup and vacating the premises. If VR is still occupied past the grace period, the $300 incidental fee is rendered to VR in addition to $360/hr. fee up to 2am.

Balance is due in full when the contract is signed 30 days or less prior to your event date. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to the event date when contract is signed six months or more prior to your event date.

Hourly rate after midnight up to 2 a.m. 

This charge will need to be paid with an initial deposit but no later than 2 weeks from the deposit date.

Staying past your agreed time could void refund of incidental/security fee.

This will be applied to contract total and is required to save the event date. It will not be refunded if the event is cancelled, or if the date is changed.

This fee is added to the contract total. This fee will be refunded within 10-15 days after the event. Required for refund: Removing and disposing of all trash, decorations including tape, balloons or any items that were brought inside or outside. Chairs and tables must be placed as they were found. Any damage to walls, chairs, ceilings, floor, or any part of the building will void your refund and could lead to additional charges depending on the severity of the damage.
